Submenu Visible in IE7

I am unable to view submenus in IE7, Firefox or Netscape. I
used the Spry Nemu Bar Horizontal and Vertical templates provided
with Dreamweaver 8. Does anyone have the necessary code for this?

I was sent the proper code from Adobe Support.
