Naming Convention for Slide Objects

Has anyone a favorite way to name external audio files and
animations to easily associate the file with its slide, even if the
slide number changes due to a move within a project or the same
slide is imported into multiple projects. I'm looking for a way to
see, at a glance that an object (or a group of objects) is
associated with a slide, other than looking up its usage in
Captivate.

I've experimented with adding an alpha character (like A or
B) at the beginning of the slide's Title (like A Introduction) and
then using the alpha character as the first character in the object
file's name (like A1.wav and A2.wav for audio files associated with
the Introduction slide). But this doesn't scale well bcause we're
building libraries of slides and slide objects that cross multiple
slide shows.

So, what's a recommended nomenclature that is easy to
implement, recognizes that a slide may be reused in multiple
projects, allows combining slide objects into a single library
without duplicate names, and can be explained with just a few
rules?
