Report SP3 bugs

I know that we have spoken about SP3 to great lengths but
what I am interested in is what is happening to your Adobe Connect
(AC) since installing SP3 i.e. what other issues have sprung up
since you have installed SP3. The reason why I ask this is because
our system has become very unstable ... VERY UNSTABLE. I have a
great support and help from Adobe who helped me in my plight to
solve our problems BUT I think every problem gets logged as a
different problem e.g. during a recorded session the audio
overlaps, the PPT presentations do not load and the video does not
display. My ''Support'' person (whom is giving me excellent support)
logs each of these issues as different issues and to me they all
relate to SP3.



So the idea for me is to determine if this is a separate
issue or could it be SP3. Then while Adobe are fixing these
problems to share ''work arounds'' regarding these issues. Like I
said our system is very unstable and there is a lot of pressure
being placed on me to fix this and I am sure there are others out
there like me.



So let me start:



(Problem) Voice over lapping - (Work around) Use one mic (it
only creates 1 mp3 files and there is no way that the voices will
overlap.)



(Problem) The PPT does not load in the recorded session -
(Work around) Publish the PPT to the content folder. Share the PPT
in the VC. If it does not display in the recorded session go to
Content%26gt;Select the folder (drill down as far as possible as you
do not want to give your learners to much access i.e. into the
folder that contains the PPT presentation)%26gt;set
permissions%26gt;Customise%26gt;add the necessary groups. The users
should be able to view the PPT's in a recorded session.



(Problem) Paused Video not displayed in recorded session -
(Solution) I do not have one



(Problem) On a few occasions, In a Virtual Classroom (VC) for
some reason while presenting the presenter will not be able to move
on to the next slide. The presenter can click next but it just will
not move. - (Work around) the Presenter has to leave the VC and
then re-enter the room.



(Problem) On a few occasions the system ''hops'' (not sure how
to say it differently) and then some of the names in the attendee
list change e.g. The attendee list will have the name Dimitri, the
system ''hops'' and then it goes to Dimitri 2 (As if there are 2
Dimitri's on the system). This is not a biggy but it is irritating.



Maybe this will help somebody out there maybe somebody has a
few suggestions that can help me. Maybe you have other issues that
you think are related to SP3.

Here is something to read but I do not think that this is a
complete list of bugs... in fact it only has 3 or 4 faults listed
and non of them have affected me.
