CMS for flash

I am just starting out with cms and was hoping someone could
point me in the right direction to get started. I am going to be
creating a site that needs to be updated on occassion and would
like to do it through cms.CMS for flash
if you're using flash (and i assume you are or you wouldn't
post here), use xml files for content management.CMS for flash
