CS3 Export to QT Video

I keep seeing all of these ''tips'' for choosing export to
QuickTime Video, not just QuickTime, but I have Flash CS3 and that
option does not appear. In the mean time, I have not been able to
successfully burn an exported QuickTime movie with complete loss of
resolution ORwhat is happening now, namely, it gets to the end of
the progress bar when exporting and goes nowhere. (It just never
completes the process).



WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? IT'S A FLIPPING 90-SECOND MOVIE FOR A
TRADE SHOW!!!!!
