I am running Fireworks 8.0.0.777, which I believe was the
general release version for release 8. Can the Adobe庐
Fireworks庐 CS3 (1.0) Updater be used to update Fireworks 8. Do
I need to do so or first contact Adobe sales?

The CS3 updater is for Fireworks CS3 alone.

Fireworks 8.0.0.777
Fireworks 8.0.0.777 has stopped running at all under Vista
with an unexpected error occurring during start up after the last
round of automatic Microsoft updates. So now I really need to
upgrade. What do I need to do to accomplish an upgrade?
I figured it out.. Fireworks CS3 upgrade version
downloaded...
