making ''editable region'' only...

I am a real novice to this. I have template pages with 1
editable region in them. I have read about printable pages, I have
read about CSS, but is there a SIMPLE way to make JUST the editable
region print friendly without creating a complex print css sheet?
Like naming a ''start here'' at the front of the editable region and
''end here'' point at the end of the region, then a way to tell it to
look for those points and print whatever is in between? (Remember,
REALLY, REALLY a newbie so please be kind) The more idiot proof the
better. Thanks.

You can make your whole page print friendly by not having
aggregate,

contiguous content widths wider than about 650px. If not
that, then you

would need to make print stylesheets to hide undesirable
content at print

time.

And by the way, an editable region means nothing to the
browser. It only

has significance to Dreamweaver while it is running. To make
the contents

of an editable region print friendly, you'd have to look at
(work on) the

HTML container for the editable region (table cell, div tag,
etc.).
