Highlight Boxes

I am having a problem with highlight boxes when I check FILL
OUTER AREA. The problem only shows when I publish the movie. It
does not show when I preview before I publish.



The problem:

On some of my slides for my training movies (I have 4 on the
website), I get a very thin line across my slide and it appears at
the bottom border of my highlight box. I have no idea why it only
appears on some of the slides. If I take off FILL OUTER AREA, there
is no line across my slide. These are training tutorials for a
project at work and I need to use the fill outer area function. Has
anyone had this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there any way you might post a screen shot for us to see?
Aside from that, have you tried looking at the Slide properties and
increasing the quality?
